By accepting these terms and conditions you are agreeing to provide your customers with the advertised discounts or special deals you are promoting.

Services provided by UsaveAK.com:

We strive to provide you with the best service possible and make any efforts we believe reasonable to satisfy our users and customers. At times disagreements or disputes may arise and we will make efforts to find a solution that meets the interests of all parties involved.

As a company we provide a service we think is potentially beneficial to you and will make all efforts and methods we deem reasonable to provide maximum benefit to you. We cannot provide you with an express guarantee that our services will bring you your desired results or satisfaction.

If you are unsatisfied with our services and have contacted us and attempted to express your concerns so an attempt can be made to rectify the issue and no solution could be agreed upon UsaveAK.com can provide you with a refund of your paid subscription for up to but not exceeding one month of service fees at the current rate at the time of the refund.

UsaveAK.com provides links to the sites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses.
